As owner of Salon 12|20 and also expert in both color and style, Wanda is responsible for the excellent service and atmosphere of Salon 12|20. A stylist for over twelve years, she listens to the wants and needs of her clients while also providing expert advice. She trained with the Toni & Guy Academy of NYC and Wella color around the world. Wanda believes in education in order to stay abreast on the latest trends. Wanda states "I LOVE MY JOB." She cares deeply for her clients and hopes each and every one of them feels like a million bucks when they leave her chair.

Allison Baughman has been a hairstylist for over thirteen years. Most of her career was spent working in Raleigh at Douglas Carroll where she received an extensive amount of continuing education. She has trained with Tigi (Toni & Guy) cutting and coloring classes and numerous Wella Koleston color classes, such as ‘Color of the World‘ and color correcting. Allison has lived in Clayton and after making the drive to North Raleigh for numerous years decided to simplify her life by working closer to home and her two children, who are currently enrolled in Cleveland Elementary school. Allison states, "I have been very lucky to find a salon and a group of people I love to work with." She truly enjoys being a stylist and plans to keep up with the most recent cuts and color. Allison looks forward to serving the Clayton area in Salon 12|20!

Crystal Bryant has been a hair stylist for over five years and has loved every minute of it. Doing hair is a passion of hers. She has trained under Nick Ortega who is a Platform Artist with Redken. Crystal has had continuous color and cutting classes and training in order to keep up with the latest styles and fashions! She´d love for your to stop by and everyone at Salon 12|20. Dave Patterson is a hairstylist at Salon 12|20. He is a native of Bradenton, Florida but has lived in Wake and Johnston County for the past 8 years. Dave trained under Ronnie Hawkins at International Hair in Raleigh and completed training from Mitchell´s. He has attended various workshops and training seminars in order to keep up with the hottest hair trends. For the past two years he worked with Wanda Smith at Two Friends Hair Salon prior to their move to the new salon. Dave feels that he has found his place in life as a hairstylist and thoroughly enjoys his work. Dave believes that he works with a great group of people and that they work well as a team. Dave is knowledgeable about upcoming styles, colors, and creative cuts. Dave and the rest of the team are very uplifting and will make you leave feeling revived and excited about your new look. Michelle relocated to Clayton from New York and now specializes in hair cloring, high and low lighting, perms, texturizing, and the newest cuts and styles. She has been working as a stylist for over twenty years. She has been trained by the best at Redken, Matrix, and Goldwell. Michelle loves Salon 12|20. She is a great listener and loves to please her clients and give them what they want. Michelle wants you to walk out of the salon feeling refreshed.

Linda Teachey previously worked in the medical field as a dental assistant and as a receptionist in a neurosurgeons office. Working with the staff at Salon 12|20 as the receptionist has been fun and exciting for Linda. She feels that all of the stylists and the nail tech at Salon 12|20 are wonderful. Trina Page is Salon 12|20´s receptionist. She previously worked six years in the CRO industry as a senior Data Technician. She is now a trained ICD-9-CM and CPT Medical Coder preparing for certification. In Trina's own words, “Changes in my late thirties hit like an H-bomb: maturing bones, layoffs, and gray hair!
