As owner of Salon 12|20, Wanda is responsible for the excellent service and atmosphere of Salon 12|20. A stylist for over twelve years, Wanda is an expert in cut and color.  She listens to the wants and needs of her clients while also providing expert advice. She trained with the Toni & Guy Academy of NYC and Wella color around the world. Wanda believes in education in order to stay abreast on the latest trends. Wanda states "I LOVE MY JOB." She cares deeply for her clients and hopes each and every one of them feels like a million bucks when they leave her chair.

Allison Baughman has been a hairstylist for over thirteen years. Most of her career was spent working in Raleigh at Douglas Carroll where she received an extensive amount of continuing education. She has trained with Tigi (Toni & Guy) cutting and coloring classes and numerous Wella Koleston color classes, such as ‘Color of the World‘ and color correcting. Allison has lived in Clayton and after making the drive to North Raleigh for numerous years decided to simplify her life by working closer to home and her two children, who are currently enrolled in Cleveland Elementary school. Allison states, "I have been very lucky to find a salon and a group of people I love to work with." She truly enjoys being a stylist and plans to keep up with the most recent cuts and color. Allison looks forward to serving the Clayton area in Salon 12|20!

Tiffany has been a stylist for over 8 years.  She specializes in hair color and cut services.  She has been to numerous seminars such as TIGI, Wella haircolor, and has taken many advanced haircutting classes.  Tiffany also specializes in eyelash enhancement and is certified in the Keratin Complex Smoothing System.  She is happy to work with great stylists at Salon 12|20 doing what she loves.  Come see Tiffany and let her make you look beautiful and leave knowing you have an up-to-date hairstyle by one of the best in Clayton!  She hopes to see you soon!

Trina Page is Salon 12|20´s receptionist. She previously worked six years in the CRO industry as a senior Data Technician. She is now a trained ICD-9-CM and CPT Medical Coder preparing for certification. In Trina's own words, “Changes in my late thirties hit like an H-bomb: maturing bones, layoffs, and gray hair! Then a close friend introduced me to Salon 12|20. The staff is attentive and patient, especially with children. I am working with confident professionals who have an upscale talent for hair while maintaining a down to earth attitude. Lee Ann is a young southern lady ready to create any hairstyle that you desire. Her area of expertise is hair cutting and specializes in all Nutrient and Wella color. Tina Myatt has been a stylist for the past five years and has always had a passion for the beauty industry. Tina loves doing hair and make-up!  Working in this industry allows her to get the first look at upcoming trends. Tina started her career at Salon Blu in Raleigh where she was trained in Rush and Redkin cutting, coloring and styling techniques. She believes that being a great stylist means always continuing your education and learning the new and classic styles. Tina has currently being educated in Wella color and Glo minerals make-up. “I love working here at Salon 12|20! We have a great team who are all passionate about what they do.”

Connie was born and raised in North Carolina. She has been a stylist for 21 years in the Raleigh area, after studying cosmetology at Edgecombe Community College.  She always loved arts and design growing up and now she loves to create new looks! She says, “Being a stylist lets me do that everyday for people just like you. My specialties are color and cuts. “  At one time, Connie owned her own salon and now she really enjoys working at Salon 12|20.  Salon 12|20 offers in house education to keep the stylists current on the newest styles and looks. Connie says, “I’ve worked with Wanda for 12 years and couldn’t imagine a more fun place to work!”
